Right of Withdrawal / Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://account.satatrade-usllc.com, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.

Returning Items After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the items back within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition.
